In terms of comedy, 'The Bear' has set a record with most nominations in its field with 23 nods in total. The series stars Jeremy Allen White as young chef from the fine dining world comes home to Chicago to run his family sandwich shop after a heartbreaking death in his family, and the leading actor is up against 'Only Murders In the Building' stars Steve Martin and Martin Short as well as 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' legend Larry David for the title of Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series.
