Oranga Tamariki describes Family Start as an "intensive home visiting programme", that assists children's wellbeing.
The Public Service Association, says it was part of a briefing, that confirmed funding to the programme, would be reduced by 25 percent, leading to 107 job cuts.
Family Start Chair, Nic Coupe, says they will keep delivering for families as long as they can.
However, she says they will need to find another service for some families, or some of them won't be seen. 08-03-24 1130
