Auckland FC coach Steve Corica is already playing mind games after the team announced its latest signing

Goalkeeper Alex Paulsen will join the new A-League club on loan from Premier League's AFC Bournemouth .

He comes loaded with inside information of the Black Knights' rival team, the Phoenix - having only parted ways with the Wellington club two months ago.

Corica says he knows which club has the upper hand.

The inaugural derby between the two Kiwi sides will now have some extra spice to it... Auckland FC travel to the capital at the start of November for their first-ever meeting.
