Next year could be the year to get the builder in or plan an extension

Next year could be the year to get the builder in or plan an extension

The latest EBOSS Builder Sentiment Report shows 67-percent of builders are are seeing less demand for their services.

The number of businesses working at under half of their capacity has more than quadrupled -- from five-percent two years ago, to 21-percent now.

EBOSS Managing Director Matthew Duder says they're good conditions for those looking to build or renovate.

He says the window over the next 12 months is going to be the best time in the next five years, because you'll have builders and architects when you want them.
