    A teen accused of being an accomplice to a 19-year-old charged with murder - has appeared in Auckland District Court


    18-year-old Maxwel-Dee Repia was fatally shot in Grey Lynn on Thursday - and three other men injured.

    A man's appeared charged with murder, and three counts of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

    An 18-year-old accused of being his getaway driver was in dock not long after - where he pulled the finger, then winking at media.

    He's charged with being an accessory after the act to murder.

    Both have interim name suppression.
