Kiwi golfer Daniel Hillier has dropped into a tie for 12th after three rounds of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in Scotland

Hillier has shot a two-under 70 to sit at 14-under...eight shots behind England's Tyrrell Hatton, who tied the course record at Saint Andrews by firing a sizzling 11-under par 61.

Sam Jones has surged into a tie for 29th after shooting an impressive five-under 67.

Kazuma Kobori also shot a 67 to jump into a tie for 58th.



Ryan Fox will tee off in an hour in the latest PGA tour event in Mississippi...handily placed at 11-under heading into the third round...four shots off the pace.
