Two people have been charged with murder in relation to a man's death in Auckland's Point England - and will front court today

Two people have been charged with murder in relation to a man's death in Auckland's Point England - and will front court today

The man was found dead in the middle of Point England Road on Saturday night.

Police say it appears the man was allegedly ran over by his own car - which was taken during the incident and driven extensively around Auckland while stolen.

A 21-year-old man and 22-year-old woman have been jointly charged with murder, and will appear in the Auckland District Court today - where Police will oppose bail.
