    Formula 1 driver Liam Lawson has explained the incident which saw him drop to a 16th place finish at the Mexican Grand Prix


    The Kiwi had been 12th with five laps to go, but made contact with Argentine Williams driver Franco Colapinto, damaging Lawson's front wing and forcing him to pit.

    Lawson says he had nowhere to go, on Sky.



    Ferrari's Carlos Sainz took the chequered flag.

    Red Bull's dropped to third on the Constructors' Championship, behind leaders McLaren and Ferrari.
