Air New Zealand's boss says too many of their flights are being cancelled

Air New Zealand's boss says too many of their flights are being cancelled

The airline's facing another two to three years of disruption waiting for new aircraft and the completion of maintenance on existing ones.

It's also making small cuts to its domestic and regional schedule, from February to June next year.

Chief executive Greg Foran says flight cancellations are his biggest concern.

He says they've got to get on top of it and they're working hard to.

Greg Foran says they operate it well most of the time, but apologises for when they don't.
