New Zealand Rugby chief executive Mark Robinson is defending the decision to give Wellington major tests against France and South Africa next year after underwhelming ticket sales in 2024

New Zealand Rugby chief executive Mark Robinson is defending the decision to give Wellington major tests against France and South Africa next year after underwhelming ticket sales in 2024

The All Blacks will host Les Bleus in the capital on July 12 and the Springboks on September 13.

This year's loss to Argentina showcased thousands of empty seats at Sky Stadium, but the following Bledisloe Cup fixture against Australia in Wellington sold out.

Robinson says there won't be a repeat.
