Police investigating this week's homicide in Hutt Valley are receiving lots of information, but have made no arrests so far

A man was shot and died near Naenae's Seddon Street on Tuesday -- understood to be 39-year-old former Rebels gang president, Albert Enoka.

Police are looking for a man in his 30s with a large build and facial tattoos, who reportedly left the scene with associates in a black 2008 Mercedes, before officers got there.

Police are asking for CCTV, sightings of the car in the days before the shooting, and information from those who may have seen concerning behaviour nearby, leading up to the death.
