Wellington have moved off the bottom of the men's T20 Super Smash table with a 33-run win over Otago in Dunedin

Wellington have moved off the bottom of the men's T20 Super Smash table with a 33-run win over Otago in Dunedin

Otago were rolled for 153 chasing 187, with Black Caps paceman Ben Sears taking four for 29 for the visiting Firebirds.

Sears has told TVNZ hopefully this can be a catalyst for the rest of the season for his side.

The Otago women's side earlier won by seven wickets against the Blaze to remain top of their table.
