Crusaders fullback Will Jordan respects All Blacks team-mate Mark Telea's decision to head to Japan at the end of the season

The 28-year-old - who's scored 13 tries across 19 tests - is understood to have signed a three-year deal with Toyota Verblitz that will double his New Zealand salary.

    Jordan says Tele'a be missed.

Tele'a's shifted to the left wing for the Blues with Caleb Clarke sidelined through injury for tomorrow's Super Rugby clash against the Crusaders in Christchurch.
