A person's in a serious condition, after a potential stabbing in Hastings' Flaxmere

Police arrived to Folkestone Drive at 9am, to reports of a disorder, where they found one person with what are believed to be stab wounds.

They took them to hospital, and another person was taken into custody at the scene.

Police say initial enquiries indicate those involved are known to each other and there is no risk to the public.
