    There are reports of injuries following a serious crash in the Bay of Plenty - with motorists asked to avoid the area


    Emergency services were called to the two vehicle Pukehina crash on State Highway 2 near Otamarakau Valley Road at around 10am.

    Police say the road will remain closed for some time, and advises drivers to take alternative routes.
