Police and Customs have dismantled a drug syndicate's supply chain in Wellington

More than 23 kilos of meth and one thousand MDMA pills have been seized in a joint Police and Customs investigation - Operation Armani.

The meth has a street value of more than eight-million-dollars - and the MDMA was worth 50-thousand.

Police searches also turned up a loaded pistol and ammunition.

Four men, aged 26-to-30, face serious charges - and have appeared in the Lower Hutt and Wellington District Courts.
