    Investigations are ongoing, after a Queensland woman lost her arm in a lion attack, at a local zoo


    Darling Downs Zoo says the woman was in the animal precinct before the zoo opened, watching zoo keepers at work, when the lion grabbed her.

    She was airlifted to hospital for emergency surgery - and is now stable.

    Channel 9's Clare Todhunter says Police, and Workplace Health and Safety authorities are investigating..

    The zoo says the lion WON'T be euthanised, or face any kind of punishment.
