    The Sydney Roosters rugby LEAGUE club have appointed former Wallabies RUGBY coach Michael Cheika as the club's Coaching Specialist and Forwards Coach for their NRL team

    Cheika was a consultant to the Chooks in 2020 and will now take on a specialised role with the Roosters' NRL forwards while also supporting coaches and players throughout the club's pathway system...in a bid to drive consistency and excellence across all grades.

    Cheika has had rugby coaching roles with Australia, Argentina, the Waratahs and Leicester...and he's also served as Head Coach of Lebanon's league team.
