Tori Spelling has formally concluded her marriage to Dean McDermott

Court filings have confirmed the 52-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 actress and her former partner Dean, 58, have reached a settlement marking the end of their 18-year union.

According to the papers, obtained by Daily Mail, Tori informed a judge she and actor Dean had signed a written agreement covering the division of property and financial support.

While the specific terms remain confidential, the arrangement represents the final step before a judge's signature makes their divorce official.

The pair, who have five children - Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 13, Finn, 13, and Beau, eight - began divorce proceedings in March 2024 after separating the previous summer.

In her petition, Tori requested spousal support and sought physical custody of their minor children, while proposing joint legal custody.

She also asked the court to deny any financial support to Dean.

Her and Dean's split concludes one of Hollywood's most turbulent relationships.

Dean has since entered a relationship with Lily Calo, with the couple going public on social media in May 2024.

He and Tori have maintained an amicable relationship, occasionally appearing together with their children at family events.

Tori has also found new companionship, making her red carpet debut with Ryan Cramer in April.

Yet on her podcast earlier this year, she admitted to struggling emotionally following the separation from Dean.

She said: "I'm now 51 and single again with five kids, so I don't even know where I stand in the future.

"I don't want to be with somebody, but I do want to be. I just don't want to be alone."

Dean, who has spoken candidly about his role in the breakdown of their marriage, told DailyMail.com in November 2023: "All Tori's ever done to this day is want me to be happy and healthy and I inflicted a lot of damage and pain on that woman. I'm taking accountability for that today. And it's the biggest amend that I'm ever going to have to make."

By 2023, he said he and Tori were "living like roommates", strained by money troubles and constant media attention.

He added: "Alcohol made me feel good enough.

"It ended up with me drinking a fifth of tequila every night, seven days a week,... with a beautiful family in the other room."

After entering rehab in summer 2023, Dean said he is now living a sober lifestyle.

Tori, meanwhile, has weathered a series of housing upheavals, moving her children from temporary accommodation to a $15,000-per-month rental in Woodland Hills.

The property offers five bedrooms, three bathrooms and space for pets - a point of contention Dean previously described in interviews, saying the couple had not shared a bedroom since 2017 due to animals sleeping in the room.
