The young woman at the centre of the IPCA case looking at the Jevon McSkimming saga, is still facing prosecution in a connected case

The original digital harassment charge she faced for her emails complaining about the former Deputy Police Commissioner, were only recently withdrawn by the Crown.

Court documents reveal in August this year, she allegedly sent abusive emails to the detective who investigated her and to their wife.

It's alleged 10 emails were sent with intent to cause serious emotional distress.

She was charged again under the digital harassment law which carries maximum penalties of two years in prison or a 50-thousand dollar fine.
