Dua Lipa "always" takes off her make-up before going to bed

The 30-year-old singer insisted it is really "important" to make time for her skincare routine, no matter how tired she is, in order to let her cells "heal and rest" while she's sleeping.

She told HarpersBazaar.com: "I always remove my make-up and cleanse my skin before going to bed.

"Cleansing and restoring the skin is the best thing you can do, and it's even more important when I get back from a show, or after I've been travelling, to make a little bit of time for skincare before bed.

"Sleep is so restorative for our bodies, and it's really important to let our skin use that time to heal and rest."

The New Rules singer has launched a three-piece skincare collection, Dua by Augustinus Bader, in collaboration with the acclaimed luxury brand and insisted there was "no one else" she would have wanted to work with.

She said: "I've been using Augustinus Bader for years and immediately fell in love with how adaptive and effective their products were. So, when I started thinking about creating my own line, there's no one else I would've wanted to do it with.

"For me, I really loved that it was science-backed and all about high performance, without being harsh on the skin."

Dua by Augustinus Bader has been created to Dua's own skincare preferences.

She said: "When we were creating the Dua line, it was extremely important to me that each product was clean, fragrance-free, lightweight, and gentle on the skin. Something that could adapt to a person's day-to-day needs and not the other way around. Each product uses the new TFC5 technology, which was developed specifically for the line and is all about enhancing the skin's strength and elasticity.

"The Supercharged Glow Complex has quickly become my favourite from the line. It's like magic the way it goes to work the second you put it on. It gives the skin that perfect effervescence and dewy feeling."
