Former Kiwi golf pro Phil Tataurangi is urging Daniel Hillier to ignore the noise during the European Tour finale in Dubai, starting tonight

Former Kiwi golf pro Phil Tataurangi is urging Daniel Hillier to ignore the noise during the European Tour finale in Dubai, starting tonight

The 27-year-old's season ranking is on the cusp of guaranteeing a PGA Tour card for next season.

Tataurangi says Hillier needs to focus solely on the Earth Course, and avoid the thoughts of playing stateside.

Hillier tees off at 8.15 tonight, two hours after fellow Kiwi Kazuma Kobori.
