Lotto winners could make their millions go further

Last night's record 55 million dollar draw saw 3 players win 18.3 million dollars each.

North Harbour Budgeting Volunteer David Verry says people should get rid of their debts particularly if they're interest bearing.

He says investing the money could see it last longer.

Verry says that could be in a bank deposit or other managed fund.
