Kiwis and former Melbourne Storm prop Nelson Asofa-Solomona is set to pursue his dream of becoming a champion heavyweight boxer

The 29-year-old has reportedly signed a full-time deal in the sport, worth up to a million dollars a year.

Asofa-Solomona's made the call despite apparent interest from up to seven NRL clubs, the English Super League and rebel rugby union competition R360.

The two-time Premiership winner knocked out former NRL prop Jarrod Wallace in their 2023 bout - and plans are reportedly underway for another bout against a high-profile NRL forward.
