    Former England bowler Stuart Broad has plucked out one positive from the side's Ashes struggles


    England batter Joe Root scored a maiden century in Australia in the second test loss at the Gabba.

    Broad told Sky Sport he hopes Root's form will carry through to Adelaide next week, which is now must-win.
