    Police have launched a double homicide investigation after the discovery of two bodies at Ruititi, near Whanganui National Park


    They were found on Saturday afternoon, and comes the same week as two people died in a house fire in Foxton.

    Ruapehu Mayor Weston Kirton says it's particularly difficult so close to Christmas.
