    Environment Canterbury's warning of wallaby control work underway between Tekapo and Twizel


    Contractors are carrying out daytime dog and rifle operations this week on Simons Hill Station and Conservation Area - between State Highway 8 and the Tekapo River.

    ECAN says signage will be installed but is asking that people avoid the area.
