    Black Caps batter Devon Conway will be the first player under the hammer when tonight's IPL cricket auction begins at 10pm in Abu Dhabi


    The New Zealand opener has a reserve of 380 thousand dollars and is one of 16 Kiwi player vying for 77 remaining contracts.

    Tim Seifert, fresh off a century in Australia's Big Bash, has a 286 thousand dollar reserve.

    Fast bowler Kyle Jamieson is also up for grabs - he secured 2.8 million in 2021 to hold the record for the biggest contract received by a Black Cap.

    Trent Boult, Lockie Ferguson, Glenn Phillips and Mitch Santner have been retained by their clubs from last season.
