Gracie Abrams has her New Year's resolutions written down

The 26-year-old music star spent New Year's Eve with her friends, and they all wrote down their ambitions for 2026 as they celebrated the start of the new year.

Speaking to People, Gracie shared: "We all basically stood around the fire and wrote private wishes or thoughts down - things we either want to leave behind or bring with us into the new year - so it was a great way to bring in a new year."

Gracie actually found New Year's Eve to be one of her personal highlights of 2025.

The singer - who is the daughter of film director J. J. Abrams - said: "There's so much going on in the world for all of us collectively in this moment, and everyone's got their own personal s*** going on all the time, [I love] any opportunity to be with your people and remember how that is the core of everything."

Meanwhile, Gracie previously claimed that "everyone should go to therapy".

The singer has been attending therapy sessions for years, and Gracie believes it's been a huge help to her.

The I Love You, I'm Sorry hitmaker told Cosmopolitan magazine: "I've had the same therapist since I was 19, but I've honestly been on a break. Every journal entry for the past three weeks has been, 'I have to text her! I have to text her! I have to text her!'

"I've been avoiding it, which is not because of anything other than being avoidant. There's no excuse. Even if you're doing it during a busy time in your life, therapy only ever helps. Therapy is so wildly important and valuable.

"I really believe everyone should go to therapy and I do think therapy has been really helpful for me, especially when it comes to healthy relationships."

Gracie rarely goes out to social events these days. However, the singer relished attending Charli XCX's birthday party in 2025.

She said: "I don't party often, but at Charli's birthday, I was really, genuinely, sincerely excited and emotional about seeing people I hadn't seen in a really long time. It was heaven."
