Khloe Kardashian "always had really bad therapists"

The 41-year-old star resisted the temptation to attend therapy for many years, because she's had some bad experiences in the past.

Speaking on her Khloe in Wonder Land podcast, Khloe explained: "I think I was bullied into therapy, and I did it just to get everyone to shut the f*** up, because it was everywhere I turned. Someone was like, 'You've got to go to therapy.'"

Khloe tried to avoid therapy for a long time, because of her previous experiences.

She said: "I was opposed for so long because I always had really bad therapists."

Asked to share some of her bad experiences, Khloe replied: "I've had therapists sell stories to the press before, and it's been really horrible and toxic. So, I was so distrusting."

Khloe ultimately changed her mind after Kim Kardashian, her sister, recommended a particular therapist to her.

She shared: "Maybe because Kim was seeing her and I felt safe with that."

Meanwhile, Khloe previously revealed that her podcast was set to become "a little looser".

The TV star explained how the second season of her podcast series would differ from the first.

Khloe told People: "What I am definitely doing more of this season is more solo episodes. Those did really, really well, where people sort of submitted topics they wanted me to talk about."

Khloe explained that she's actively seeking guests who are "comfortable engaging in a conversation".

She said: "People also wanted it to be more conversational, and before, the experts mostly did the talking. So this time, a lot of my guests will be family members, or people in my inner circle - people who are still really fascinating, but who are also comfortable engaging in a conversation with me.

"Or who aren't afraid to call me out on something! So it's going to be a little looser, and not so talk show-y, if that makes sense."
