Former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown has weighed into the saga involving one of his ex MP's links with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein

Former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown has weighed into the saga involving one of his ex MP's links with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein

Lord Peter Mandelson is accused of passing sensitive government information to Epstein while a minister in Gordon Brown's government.

Brown told the BBC he made a mistake by bringing Mandelson into his cabinet in 2008.

Meanwhile current UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has also apologised for appointing Mandelson as British ambassador to the US in 2024 - even though he relationship with Epstein had been made public.

Brown supports Starmer saying he's a "man of integrity" who was "betrayed" by Mandelson.
