An investigation into how an Auckland boy was injured falling from a school bus emergency exit, has found neither students or the driver were at fault

The Glen Eden Intermediate student fell on Laingholm Drive two weeks ago, during the trip home.

An email to parents from principal Jonathon Hughes says Police came to the conclusion - after studying the bus's CCTV footage.

The bus has been taken off-route for inspection and other buses of the same make have been checked.
