    No-shows from jurors have forced postponement of a trial in Dunedin District Court


    Three men in their 20s face charges relating to violating a woman.

    The ODT reports Judge Katie Elkin suspended the case after two days of jury selection - with only 10 of the 12 seats filled.

    Some jurors didn't arrive and others were excused for personal reasons.

    It's five years since an identical situation - also in Dunedin.
