Fine and cloudy periods, with the odd shower clearing tomorrow.
Waikato to Wellington, including the central high country
Mostly cloudy with isolated light showers. Fine spells tomorrow, and the odd shower about Taupo and Taihape.
Bay of Plenty, and Gisborne to Wairarapa
Mainly fine. Isolated showers about the ranges this evening, and again tomorrow afternoon and evening.
Nelson, Marlborough and Canterbury
Cloudy with some patchy drizzle about the east coast and Canterbury Plains, clearing tomorrow. Generally fine otherwise, but the odd shower inland tomorrow afternoon.
Buller and Westland
Cloudy at times with patchy rain or drizzle.
Otago and Southland
Scattered rain tonight and tomorrow morning, then fine spells. Isolated showers about eastern Otago tomorrow afternoon.
Fiordland
Periods of rain.
Chatham Islands
Partly cloudy, with one or two showers.
