Warriors chief executive Cameron George has praised former Wallabies coach Dave Rennie for helping turn the NRL club's team culture around

Warriors chief executive Cameron George has praised former Wallabies coach Dave Rennie for helping turn the NRL club's team culture around

The team reached the preliminary final in 2023 under then first-year coach Andrew Webster, having missed the top 8 in the previous four seasons.

George met the then-Wallabies mentor Rennie during the Warriors' Covid-affected campaign in 2021, when the club were stuck in Australia.

The Warriors boss says Rennie shared the club's struggles of being away from home.
