A preseason clash between the Crusaders and Hurricanes in Blenheim has been moved to Christchurch and behind closed doors with the move to traffic light red making the fixture untenable.
Mansbridge says they're now exploring their options on how many groups of 100 they could safely hold for their six regular season home games at Orangetheory Stadium.
The final quarter-final spots will be decided on a busy day eight of the Australian tennis Open.
Elise Mertens of Belgium faces American 27th seed Daniele Collins first up on Rod Laver Arena.
The Mainland Tactix have promoted Auckland teenager Vika Koloto up to their main squad for the ANZ netball Premiership.
Koloto - who primarily plays goal attack and wing attack - fills the squad vacancy left by captain Jane Watson who announced she was pregnant late last year.
