The man who bashed a Scottish tourist to death 15 years ago, aged 14, has spoken about his brutal crime

Jahche Broughton attacked 26-year-old Karen Aim with a baseball bat in Taupo in 2008.

In his third appearance before the Parole board last month, he claimed he'd believed violence towards women was normal, and the offending was an accident.

Broughton still denies the attack had a sexual element, despite the board saying it's clear a violation occurred.
