Former All Blacks captain Kieran Read has pointed to halfback Cam Roigard making a difference in the position

Former All Blacks captain Kieran Read has pointed to halfback Cam Roigard making a difference in the position

The 22-year-old is coming off his international debut against the Wallabies, as he continues to fight for a spot in the 33-man World Cup squad named Monday in Napier.

Read says Roigard's game is a foil to incumbent starter Aaron Smith.

The All Blacks side for the second Bledisloe Cup test in Dunedin on Saturday will be named at 12:30.

The Wallabies have made three changes to their starting fifteen.

Pone Fa'amausili replaces injured captain Allan Alaalatoa at tighthead prop, Richie Arnold's in for Will Skelton at lock and Fraser McReight is at openside flanker which moves Tom Hooper to the blindside and Jed Holloway out of the 23.

Halfback Tate McDermott is the new captain.
