Emma Bunton is "over the moon" that Geri Horner is pregnant

The 44-year-old singer - who already has 10-year-old daughter Bluebell from a previous relationship - revealed she is expecting her first child with current husband Christian Horner, and fellow Spice Girl Emma says she's been struggling to keep it a secret.

Speaking at the Attitude Awards in London on Monday night (10.10.16), Emma told BANG Showbiz: "I've known for a while and I've had to keep it a secret, so it's wonderful that it is out in the open. I'm over the moon, she is going to be an amazing mum, for the second time. I'll be babysitting but we are all working mums so she doesn't need any advice from me. It's very exciting."

And the 40-year-old blonde beauty - who has two sons of her own, nine-year-old Beau, and Tate, five - admits that seeing her friends having children just makes her even more broody.

She said: "I'm always broody. It's awful. I just love bubbas (babies)!"

The news of the newest addition to Geri's family comes after she admitted last year that she and Christian - who also has daughter Olivia, three, from a previous relationship - would be open to the possibility of broadening their family.

She said: "If it happens it happens and that will be amazing. But we are already blessed with two girls.

"We might think about adoption but to be honest, we know we are so lucky and so happy with things as they are, you have to realise when not to push your luck."

A spokesperson for Geri and Christian, 42, said the pair were "overjoyed" to be expecting their first child together.

They said: "Geri and Christian are absolutely delighted to announce they are expecting their first child together.

"The couple are overjoyed with the good news and cannot wait to welcome the newest addition to their family."
