    Westpac New Zealand is reporting a net profit of 477-million dollar for the six months to March

    Westpac New Zealand is reporting a net profit of 477-million dollar for the six months to March


    That's up 11-percent on the previous year.

    BNZ reported a net profit of 762 million dollars over the same period -- down 5.3 percent on the previous year.
