    Jimmy Page is dating an actress 46 years his junior.

    The Led Zeppelin rocker was spotted cosying up to his new love interest, 25-year-old Scarlett Sabet, at a low-key dinner at popular chicken restaurant Nando's on Friday for his 71st birthday.


    The celebrations were a far cry from his rock n roll lifestyle as a youngster, opting for an alcohol-free meal before strolling to a health food store and record shop before heading home at 6pm.

    Despite the modest festivities, the former heroin addict - who is believed to be worth approximately £80 million - is said to be pleased to be living a "conventional life" with the youngster, who is also a director and writer.

    A source revealed: "Jimmy is leading a very conventional life by the looks of things, not very rock'n'roll.

    "His new girlfriend seems a very normal kind of girl."

    Although the 'Whole Lotta Love' hitmaker - who divorced his second wife Jimena Gómez-Paratcha in 2008 - is almost half a century older than his new partner, The Sun newspaper reports they are now "virtually inseparable".

    The 25-year-old beauty - who has the same forename as the father-of-five's 43-year-old eldest child, Scarlet Page - appeared in low-budget horror film 'The Reeds' in 2010, and published a book of poems titled 'Rocking Underground' last month.
