Kim Kardashian will attend her sister Kylie Jenner's Sweet 16 party.

The reality TV star has been keeping a low-profile since giving birth to her first child North - whose father is rapper Kanye West - last month, but is due to make an appearance at her half-sibling's lavish birthday bash on August 17 at the AT&T Center in Downtown Los Angeles.

According to the New York Daily News newspaper's Confidenti@l column, Kim is planning to make her big public reveal shortly before the party so as to not "steal Kylie's thunder".

A source said: "Believe it or not, it's not all about Kim. She really wants to go to Kylie's party, and when it comes to the family, Kris [Jenner] wants everyone there.

"Kim is just working with Kris to figure out the best plan of action."

'Momager' and showbiz matriarch Kris is hatching a plan for her eldest daughter, 32, to make her very first appearance on her E! chat show, so she can control the line of questioning,

The insider added: "Kris won't ask anything that Kim can't make money off of in the future. They'll keep it light and just talk diet and exercise. No baby photo will be shown."

Kylie's 100 party guests will be presented with luxurious goodie bags courtesy of Kris, who canvassed companies who would contribute gifts for free in return for publicity on their popular E! reality series, 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'.

Meanwhile, Kim and Kanye are preparing to move to their $11 million, 14,000-square-foot Bel Air mansion, which has proved expensive to renovate.

The insider added: "Kim is so thrilled to be moving - she's been stuck inside Kris and Bruce's and going a little crazy. She ripped out the entire interior and started over."
