Zayn Malik has been spotted holding hands with a mystery blonde

The One Direction hunk has sparked outrage online after an image was uploaded to Twitter showing him locking fingers with a pretty woman during a recent night out in Thailand, despite him supposedly being engaged to Little Mix's Perrie Edwards.

One fan, named Aaliya, wrote: "If zayn did cheat, yeah I would be against him and I would hate him but for the 273838 time, nothing is confirmed."

While another, Kennedy Sim, added: "I don't care what anyone says I love Perrie I love Zerrie, Zayn would never cheat on her."

And Jackie said: "listen here @zaynmalik if ur cheating on perrie I'll beat u up and join one direction (sic)."

The mystery woman - who is called Lauren Rich according to the HollywoodLife.com - reportedly took to her Instagram account, which is now private, to share a photograph of herself and the 22-year-old singer cuddling up to one another during the boozy night out at Seduction club in Phuket.

Alongside the photograph, which shows Zayn holding Lauren from behind while resting his hand on her bare stomach, she allegedly wrote:

"Partying with Zayn from One Direction last night #thailand #1D #best #night #patong #phuket (sic)."

Meanwhile, Zayn and his fiancée Perrie, 21, sparked rumours they'd ended their engagement two weeks ago when the singer was spotted without her diamond sparkler on her ring finger.

However, the gorgeous ring was seen back on her hand last week.
