ACT's leader says government shouldn't delay cannabis referendum

ACT's leader says the government shouldn't delay a referendum on legalising cannabis

The Government is currently debating whether to hold the referendum in 2019, rather than at the same time as the 2020 General Election.

David Seymour says he thinks they should have a Royal Commission to study what's happening in Canada first.

But he says since they don't want to do that, they may as well have the referendum as soon as possible.
