Chris Brown is "really happy" with Rihanna.

The 'Yeah 3x' star confirmed his reconciled relationship with the 'Diamonds' hitmaker - who he split from in February 2009 after violently assaulting her - and hailed her as the "most beautiful girl" in the world, and admitted he was missing her presence at the Sir Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscars party.

Chris told the New York Post newspaper: "We are really happy. We are back together. She is the most beautiful girl in the world. But I'm sad she couldn't be here tonight; she is rehearsing for her tour."

The 23-year-old R&B star was delighted to be at the party because Elton has been such a good friend to him.

He said: "I met Elton about a year ago, and he's been a good friend to me. So it is great to be here tonight to support him."

And the 'Run It' hitmaker would love to record with the 'Rocket Man' legend in the future.

He said: "Music is music. It transcends everything, so I would love it if we could work together."

Meanwhile, insiders insist Chris "couldn't care less" about the jibe Academy Awards host Seth MacFarlane made at his expense.

The 'Family Guy' creator said of 'Django Unchained': "This is the story of a man fighting to get back his woman, who's been subjected to unthinkable violence. Or as Chris Brown and Rihanna call it, a date movie."

However, a source close to Chris told HollywoodLife.com: "He couldn't care less about what anyone says about him."
