Russell Brand had a T-shirt printed with his face emblazoned over it.

The 38-year-old star - who is currently in London visiting his mother, Barbara, with his new girlfriend Alessandra Balazs - got into the creative spirit as he popped into YrStore in Carnaby Street, London, and created a custom-made top with a photograph of himself.

Russell took to Twitter so share the snap of his unique and self-indulgent design, with the caption: "In LONDON. Check out my shirt from @YrStore "narcissismo". #MessiahComplex (sic)"

Russell - who split from Katy Perry in December 2011 after 14 months of marriage and divorced her in 2012 - jetted into the UK with Alessandra, who he has been romancing since the beginning of April.

The loved-up couple have been growing closer in recent months and Russell has already joined Alessandra's father, André Balazs, and his girlfriend, Chelsea Handler, 38, for a intimate meal in New York City.

A source said previously: "Russell, Alessandra, Andre and Chelsea had a nice family dinner in New York together last week. Things are obviously getting quite serious with them both introducing each other to their family."
