Kendra Wilkinson has been branded a "psychotic b***h" by her brother.

The former 'Girls Next Door' reality TV star has found herself on the receiving end of a major rant by her sibling, Colin Wilkinson, after news emerged on Thursday that she may be pregnant with her second child.

According to TMZa, Kendra's mother Patricia called the former Playboy star - who was one of Hugh Hefner's live-in girlfriends at the Playboy Mansion - after reading about her alleged pregnancy on the internet, but things turned sour.

In a posting on his Facebook page, Colin claims Kendra, 28, wished death upon their mother in a heated argument.

He wrote: "She's an inconsiderate b*tch. How dare her tell my mom to go die. My sister is the most selfish human being on the planet.

"She is no longer apart of my life. She has never once helped my family. So plz stop asking me about her. As I have nothing to say. You want the real me. U fruckin got it. (sic)"

He also wrote on Twitter: "Every1 plz never ask me about my sister again. She is no longer a part of my life. She's an inconsiderate psychotic bitch. I'm done (sic)"

Kendra and husband Hank Bassett have a three-year-old son, Hank IV.
