Ronnie Wood's stepson claims there is still a "question mark" over the death of L'Wren Scott.

Jamie Wood - who Rolling Stones' guitarist Ronnie brought up as his own child after he got together with his ex-wife Jo Wood - thinks Sir Mick Jagger will eventually be able to get over the suicide of his girlfriend of 13 years L'Wren, who took her own life last month.

Jamie believes there will always be mystery surrounding the events that happened with the fashion designer in her New York apartment on the day of her death and insists he and everyone connected to The Rolling Stones and L'Wren are in shock.

In an interview with The Times newspaper, he said: "I think there's still a bit of a question mark over that [her suicide].

"No one knows what happened. It's always such a shock when someone does that. We've known her a long time. We're all very sorry for him; we've all sent messages."

Asked if he thinks Mick can overcome the tragic loss, he replied: "Yeah, course. He's been through plenty of things. But you never know how things may affect people, you just wish them luck and hope that they get through okay at a terrible time. Things like that are difficult because they're so unexpected."

Meanwhile, The Rolling Stones have rescheduled their tour dates in Australia and New Zealand, following L'Wren's death.

The 'Brown Sugar' hitmakers were due to kick off their world tour in Perth on March 19 but were forced to postpone it until October and November this year.
