Holly Willoughby says Fearne Cotton was "scarily beautiful" on her wedding day

The 33-year-old TV presenter was among the guests at her best friend's nuptials to Jesse Wood - the son of Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie Wood - last Friday (04.07.14) and she was staggered at how gorgeous her pal looked in her bridal gown

Speaking on her TV show 'This Morning' earlier today (07.07.14), Holly said: "I had a lovely weekend watching my best friend getting married. Fearne - who is no longer Fearne Cotton - Fearne Wood. It was the most beautiful day - she was the most beautiful bride. I just couldn't look at her."

The blonde star also revealed that she and 'Celebrity Juice' host Leigh Francis [Keith Lemon] were both reduced to tears during the ceremony.

Holly - who along with Fearne is a team leader on the comedy panel show - said: "I was with Leigh Francis and he said exactly the same thing as me. It was almost like you couldn't look at her without crying, because she was so full of happiness and love, she was just scarily beautiful that day."

Holly had to build herself up to say hello to Fearne - who has 17-month-old son Rex with her new husband - because she didn't want to ruin her pal's make-up by making her cry.

Holly - who is pregnant with her third child with husband Dan Baldwin - added: "It took us ages to go up and say hello because I didn't want to touch her because she was so beautiful ... I just kept crying constantly as well, and I didn't want to make her cry because I didn't want to ruin her make-up - but we both had a bit of a blub!"
