Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Aniston and Miley Cyrus were among the stars to join Chelsea Handler on the final episode of 'Chelsea Lately' last night.

The 39-year-old funnywoman - who quit the E! talk show earlier this year after seven years - was clearly overwhelmed by the support of her celebrity pals as they banded together to sing farewell to her on her final broadcast.

Chelsea and her A-list guests serenaded the crowd, chanting: "Goodbye to E!, it's time to move on. She wants to sing, she wants to dance and get her groove on."

Other stars who joined the tribute included Ellen DeGeneres, Selena Gomez, Gwen Stefani, Fergie, Vanessa Hudgens, Justin Theroux, Gerard Butler, Melissa McCarthy and Kelly Osbourne.

As the show went off the air for the final time, an emotional Chelsea took a moment to thank "everybody who works on the show, the crew and the sound people who have to deal with my bad moods and my good moods, and the bad people I dated and the good people I dated".

The talk show host added: "I never really got a good chance to be serious and say thank you and I want you to know that I am grateful for this career, thank you very much."

Earlier in the evening, Hollywood beauties Sandra and Jennifer hijacked the show to host a "friend intervention" for Chelsea.

The 'Friends' actress quipped: "Chelsea you steal everything I do ... You're not fooling anyone with those blue eyes, that was a brown eye and that was a brown eye."

Oscar winner Sandra chimed in, telling her pal: "Our friendship is still relatively new and you still scare me a little because I'm not sure when you're being the funny Chelsea or 'I'm having a psychotic break' Chelsea."

The final 'Chelsea Lately' also saw performances from Chelsea's former fling 50 Cent, who gave the acerbic star a big hug, and Miley Cyrus.

Following her final show, the quick-witted blonde posted a joyous picture on her Instagram account with the caption: "It's over."

Chelsea is set to launch a new talk show on Netflix in 2016.
